Thursday May 14th for 11 weeks (Last Race Thursday 6th August, No Meeting 18th June and 2nd July):-

Cycle Races at the Steve Burke Sports Hub Track. Youth Races start at 18:30, Elite category start at 19:15 / 19:30. The Elite category are very fast. Anyone interested in photographing the races, please contact me so I can pass your details on for registration with the organisers. Hi-Viz vests MUST be worn. Not so much an opportunity to be behind the camera, but an exhibition by Ken Roberts (1928 - 2024), this special exhibition celebrates the life and work of Ken, a talented and dedicated local railway enthusiast and photographer,  entitled Tracks of Life, at the Clitheroe Castle Museum, BB7 1AZ, open Monday to Sunday 11:00 - 16:00. Trawden Forest Community Centre have sent an invite to Nelson Camera Club members to submit photographs into a competition to be included in the Trawden 2027 calendar.
