Nelson Camera Club
just off the M65 in East Lancashire,
in the borough of Pendle, in the North West of England
We have regular presentations from visiting speakers,
club competitions (assessed by an external judge),
an annual exhibition, and continually seek to develop members' interests and skills in photography.
We are linked to the Photographic Alliance of Great
Britain through our regional organisation LCPU (the
Lancashire & Cheshire Photographic Union),
and enjoy their support and facilities.
We usually meet on Tuesday evenings (7.30pm) at
the Walton Lane Community Centre in Nelson,
although during the summer we have day outings
to places of photographic interest.
See the Club Diary and Where we Meet for details.
A lively, friendly, accessible club -
with a good standard of photography.
All are welcome -
from beginners to experienced photographers.
Come and join us - you don't have to sign up and
become a member - you can come as a visitor
if you prefer.
.Please note that all images on this site are protected by copyright laws - copyright belongs to the photographer, whose permission must be sought for use elsewhere.
If novices / newcomers want to understand better camera functions,
you are welcome to come to the club and discuss any problems - help is available!
